Family swim day takes place at the end of term. It is a rewarding, educational session where swimmers present their skills and strokes learned in line with the national curriculum. Play compete and challenge one another in the pool as a great way to keep fit, increase mobility, coordination and full body strength. Learners show off new skills for improvement and control in a small family group. These sessions are fun, sociable and rewarding for timid or competitive learners.
