WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
To be eligible for a refund a notice of cancellation must be made in writing to the course administrator a minimum of 14 days in advance of the course start date. Any course fees eligible for refund will be processed within 5 working days and confirmed via email.

HOW DO I CHOOSE WHICH COURSE TO JOIN?
Some common reasons to join swimming lessons are to improve breathing technique, floating ability and/or speed.
Our training facilities are ideal for learning in a calm and focused environment, with provisions for small groups or individual lessons to suit your needs.

You can also arrange sessions at a pool that is convenient for you to get to and take away the stress of cancellation charges with intensive courses and a 48hr rescheduling period for last minute changes.

Choose the flexible course for sessions that match your availability, especially if your working pattern or practical situation is likely to change on a weekly basis.
